PAYMENT / CANCELLATION POLICY

TICKET POLICY
Due to high demand and limited event size, advanced payment is required upon registration. After your payment is processed, you automatically receive a confirmation email from Paypal.  No actual paper tickets are sent.  Your name will be on the check-in list, with the number of guests if any.

AIS members benefit of 20% discount on some events (where indicated). AIS members have to be current with their membership fee for the year 2009 and have to present their membership card upon request. If AIS member has not renewed the membership fee, discount cannot be applied.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refund or credit if cancellation is received 4 days before the event.
No refund or credit after.  No exceptions.

WARNING & WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILITY
By signing up to a wine event you are stating that you are 21 and of legal drinking age.  ID is required for all attendees.  You are signing up for an educational experience and agree not to drive if you are not under the legal limit.  You are entirely responsible for your actions (prior to, during and following consumption of alcohol) and will not hold AIS California or partners liable for them.  A taxi can be called for your convenience.
