SOMMELIER CLASSES 2009 /2010 - LOS ANGELES

    First Level: Oenology, Viticulture and Wine Tasting Techniques

     August 31st to Sept 5th - October 5th to 10th

     

    Second Level: Italian and International Oenography

     November 2nd to 7th - December 7th to 12th

     

    Third Level: Food&Wine Pairing Techniques  

    January 04th to 9th – February 1st to 6th

     

     Written and Oral Exam - TBA 

    Professional evaluation of a given wine and evaluation of the food&wine pairing according to the AIS methodology are also required

    Courses are held at: Osteria La Buca, 5210 Melrose Ave , Hollywood CA 90027 . – Location subject to change 

    Classes are intended Monday through Saturday, from 10am to 1pm
